Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with experience using ATF (Automated Test Framework) to engage in designing configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific client business requirements.

• Perform configuration, integration, custom programming, and other hands-on technical activities in relation to the implementation of ServiceNow
• Participate in full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Training, and Operational support
• Assist in documenting requirements, and aligning to existing ServiceNow capabilities
• Attend daily stand-ups and provides updates on previously planned work completion, as well as provides estimated times to completion for user stories/defects being worked
• Bring potential roadblocks to lead developer as soon as possible
• Communicate/work with business analysts on requirements that need elaboration
