Short Description: Looking for Developer - HRSD, ITSM
Location : Brisbane, Australia
Salary Range : AUD 90,243 - 98,861 (Annual Gross)
Developer – HRSD, ITSM serves as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, as well as a champion of best practices. The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow HRSD support team.
- Work on ServiceNow portal, Java script , UI Page.
- Support ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting, etc.
- Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions.
- Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing etc.
- Remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions.
