Central Functions IT provides the Bachem Group with digital business solutions and enterprise platforms. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated ServiceNow Product Owner (f/m/d), 100% to drive the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform.
As a ServiceNow Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, management and optimization of the ServiceNow platform within our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders, development/delivery resources and other key personnel to ensure that the platform meets business needs and delivers maximum value.
This role requires a hands-on attitude and strategic mindset with a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop roadmap for the platform aligned with the platform strategy, business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable user stories and features
- Manage and prioritize backlog in alignment with process owners for the configuration of system functionalities and enterprise-wide business & IT workflows
- Define and refine user stories and ensure successful implementation of features with release planning and change management
- Implement features in collaboration with external developer resources to ensure that features are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
- Maintain the platform with incident resolution, root cause analysis and bug fixing
- Ensure platform lifecycle management and release upgrades
- Ensure platform adoption with user trainings and enable data-driven decision with reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the platform.
- Support the team’s Central Functions IT service portfolio as system owner and deputy of further business solutions
- Specify, implement and maintain technical system integrations
- Ensure compliance to CSV requirements, IT policies and procedures
- Contribute to projects as SME on behalf of Central Functions IT
