JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team and drive the engagement and solutioning process for ServiceNow solutions across various platform workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary education.
- 4-7 years of proven solution sales experience in ServiceNow or any other ITSM or equivalent solutions.
- Expertise as a key pre-sales consultant of ServiceNow or other ITSM solutions in client environments.
- Solid understanding of best practices of workflow platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven team player.
Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales engagement and solutioning across a range of ServiceNow solutions, including IT Workflows (ITAM, ITOM, ITSM), Employee & Customer Workflows (HRSD, CSM), Creator Workflows (App Engine, Integration Hub), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
- Directly engage with client stakeholders to discuss functional and process requirements, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges and how our solutions can address them.
- Articulate and demonstrate the ROI and value of proposed solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages they will gain.
- Collaborate with clients via Off-shore/On-shore delivery models to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, suggesting appropriate platform solutions to meet their evolving needs.
