Thirdera is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to create innovative functional and technical solutions and lead the delivery of ServiceNow value for our customers. This role will be responsible for ensuring successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations, engaging as a primary architect on projects to set technical direction and lead the development team to implement client solutions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 5+ years of architecting, developing and delivering ServiceNow solutions
  • REST, SOAP, JSON, AJAX are all desired
  • Strong professional services and/ or client facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centered attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Proven team player and team builder (Humble and confident disposition desired)
  • A degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering or the Sciences
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification desired
  • ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist and / or Certified Application Developer certifications desired

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities with global, enterprise customers
  • Maintain responsibility for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of best practices related to ServiceNow
  • Develop and represent a deep understanding of our capabilities and our customer’s businesses
  • Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead / architect, working across functional and technical projects.
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
