Description:
Our partner, a globally successful company group, is looking for an ServiceNow Solutions Designer- Automation (AIOps) (m/f/d). This is a full-time permanent position onsite in the Dusseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (Hybrid work).
Responsibilities:
Develop Automation Solutions: Train and integrate machine learning models to automatically respond to events reported in ServiceNow, such as restarting servers or qualifying event frequency.
Pattern Recognition: Utilise process mining techniques to recognise patterns from monitoring logs and develop automated responses.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with service owners, managers, and business analysts to ensure a deep understanding of business processes and requirements.
Enhance ITIL Processes: Automate ITIL processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
Innovate Continuously: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating new technologies and methods in automation and integrating them into our processes.
