Description:
Our partner, a globally successful company group, is looking for an ServiceNow Solutions Designer- Monitoring (AIOps) (m/f/d). This is a full-time permanent position onsite in the Dusseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (Hybrid work).
Responsibilities:
Design and Implement AIOps Strategies: Tailor AIOps solutions to meet the specific needs of organisation, focusing on monitoring event management, service requests, and incidents.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with service owners, managers, and business analysts to ensure a deep understanding of business processes and requirements.
Analyse and Improve: Analyze service data to identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Innovate Continuously: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating new AIOps technologies and methods, integrating them into our processes.
