Description:

MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • At least 8 years of experience
  • Must have experience with ITIL methodologies
  • Must have experience with ITSM technologies and CMDB
  • Be able to manage and resolve incidents, enhancements, service requests, changes, and other related tasks
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks and projects with varying and changing levels of priority
  • Must be organized and analytical, with strong skills in working collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Reinforcing the company’s Support Team by handling daily tasks, as well as the development, implementation, and support of customers’ IT Service Management systems
  • Provide creative solutions and designs based on our customers’ requirements, while respecting ITIL processes
  • Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated
  • Maintain updated documentation and procedures to guarantee the lifecycle of our developments
  • Collaborate with various customer stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement or develop solutions in the company’s software
  • Maintain the company’s software tool
  • Manage and resolve incidents, enhancements, service requests, changes, etc.
