We are seeking a senior level ServiceNow Systems Analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA, Lake Mary, FL or New York, NY for a 12-month contract opportunity in a hybrid environment! QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA or BS degree in either Business or a Technical field.
• Extensive (8+ years) technical knowledge and certifications on the ServiceNow Platform, including:
• GRC/IRM (Issues Management, Risk Events, RSCA)
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Security Operations (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Management)
• CMDB / CSDM, Portal
• Service Catalog / Tech Portal

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and product management to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
• Ensure quality delivery by coordinating with the development team to meet stakeholder requirements and verifying adequate testing by QA.
• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and vision while securing buy-in from senior stakeholders.
• Analyze new use cases and work with the architecture team on proofs of concept and solutions.
• Provide management with timely updates on assigned tasks to support proactive customer communication.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Management processes.
