We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our highly professional team. The chosen individual will be tasked with delivering innovative solutions involving ServiceNow and working with clients to understand their business needs, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to provide practical solutions.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Defining, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions and ensuring they are aligned with business requirements.
  • Working closely with clients to build ServiceNow-based business solutions that address their needs.
  • Configuring and enhancing ServiceNow platform using scripts and application capabilities.
  • Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective solutions and procedures that meet user requirements.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting for the ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on user satisfaction, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Creating and maintaining system design and end user documentation for all applications in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Conducting user training sessions and creating user guides.
  • Participating in all technical aspects of the ServiceNow program and solution delivery.
  • Perform system and integration testing, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Ensuring that all implementation work is carried out in accordance with the company policies and industry best practices.
  • Effective upwards management to program lead and executives
  • Contribute to business development activities including written proposals, presales activities, functional demonstrations and presentations
