Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients about vehicle problems
• Getting cars diagnosed by technicians and updating customers accordingly
• Making parts price & availability inquiry with suppliers and preparing estimates for customers
• Advise customers about different car service schedules, i.e Minor Service, Major Service, & Repairs
• Book customer appointments, arrange vehicle drop-offs, and vehicle pick-ups
• Keep proper coordination with Floor In charge & Technicians to make sure cars are serviced as per the time agreed with customer
• Always maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers
• Must have valid UAE Driving license or start the process for getting license immediately after joining
