JOB DESCRIPTION

Working with the territory sales and regional Customer Success Management teams, build account strategies for agreed accounts focusing on growing CSM’s overall share of wallet. Drive achievement of CSM financial objectives such as orders, sales and contracts net gain. Support customers and sales with specialized knowledge of all CSM products including spare parts. Present justifiable benefits to customers for aftermarket solutions such as Spare Parts, Audits, Refurbishments, Upgrades, Encore, Pro-Act, ShotscopeNX, Training, Extended Protection Plan & Advanced Process Optimization and Advantage+ Contracts. The area of coverage will be Africa. Business travels within the region will be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of injection molding concepts and system operation from a user perspective
  • Experience in injection molding maintenance, Expercence with Husky injection moulding machines or Husky service team and/or sales would be an asset
  • Working knowledge of controls systems (electrical /hydraulics/ pneumatics/ PLC -IPC controls)
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong project, organization and time management skills
  • High level of business acumen
  • Advanced understanding of Husky’s strengths and current markets
  • Ability to independently set and achieve targets
  • Post-secondary education (college or university degree) would be preferred but is not essential.
  • 5 -10 years experience within the Injection Molding Industry with emphasis on IMM Maintenance, Service and/or Sales.
  • Fluency in English and French. Knowledge of Arabic and/or languages is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Create CSM sales strategies & targets for the region in collaboration with the Rigid Packaging sales team.
  • Build relationships with Husky sales team members and key customers
  • Independently provide support to sales as the Subject Matter Expert in CSM products
  • Support and drive Husky Sales to achieve the planned sales volume and growth rate of CSM products
  • Support selected target markets/customers and products
  • Provide feedback on current products and new opportunities and work with Product Managers and Engineering to establish new product definitions that meet market requirements (e.g. longevity, serviceability, ease of use, upgradeability).
