Description:

The Red Hat Telco Consulting team is looking for a Go to Market Leader to join us and support the delivery in the UAE. In this role, you will lead the Telco Services organization in the Middle East and Africa region. You’ll oversee the Services business of your assigned accounts deeply aligning with Telco Sales regional management. As a Go to Market Leader, you will manage associate consultations including one-on-one meetings, escalation situations, performance and development, and general team coordination within your region.

What you will do

  • Manage a team of consultants, Services Sales and project managers, including activities like career planning, performance analysis, skills development, hiring, etc.
  • Oversee services delivery in a set of accounts; be responsible for revenue and margin targets
  • Contribute to account strategy definition on your assigned region.
  • Grow revenue within each account by offering and delivering new projects; guide services opportunities based on account plans
  • Carry out internal statement of work (SoW) approval and delivery
  • Take responsibility for revenue, margin, and billability targets for the team
  • Ensure profitability and staff sufficiency by collaborating with the Consulting Operations team
  • Work with the consulting enablement lead for the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region to ensure availability of appropriate training

What you will bring

  • Good understanding of enterprise architecture technologies including application development and infrastructure
  • Experience working in sales or professional services sales support including developing SoWs, pricing, large-scale proposal development, and customer development
  • Practical experience with people management including a successful record of talent development within a team
  • Knowledge of project management processes and experience with revenue-based project reporting
  • Understanding of the Red Hat business strategy and economic model; good business insight and judgment
  • Ability to understand the technical impact of projects and the business impact on both Red Hat and customers in delivering and scoping projects
  • Fluent language skills in English and Arabic
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%, following Red Hat’s guidelines
