THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • English B2
  • Diploma, Bachelor Degree or student in occupational safety; Engineering or related Sciences
  • Field Services or Safety sensitive environment Experience
  • Managerial experience would be a plus
  • Electrical safety experience would be a plus
  • Studies in electricity would be a plus
  • >5 years relevant experience - General Environmental and Employee Health & Safety work encompasses activities related to the environment
  • Passport up to date
  • Own vehicle
  • Availability to travel constantly to Central America
  • VISA USA would be a plus

Responsibilities:

Deploys in Services the Environment, Occupational Health & Safety tools and methods.

• Monitor’s improvement plans within of GFSR.

  • Follow survey of the regulation evolution , evaluate the compliance of the site and propose related action plans.
  • Alert and Support in case of emergency, in compliance with internal procedures
  • Process the local legal requirements (deliverables external to the site for local authorities) regarding Safety,

Ergonomics.

  • Accompany the Occupational Risk Assessment and Environmental Job hazard analysis.
  • Contribute to the Ergonomics diagnoses led by the Ergonomics Leader (IST3).
  • Support the design, to do audits, and guarantee operationally the application of H&S procedures.
  • Pilot some H&S actions plans and support the deployment of H&S methodologies, best practices.
  • Improve H&S skills of employees and could take in charge trainings activities, communication campaigns,

Teamwork.

  • Assure daily operational tasks linked to the job (prevention plan; One reporting… )
  • Follow up and support to regulatory audit and qualification trainings in H&S.
