  • Positive attitude to work, strong team working skills and ethical behaviour, able to work with minimum supervision.A background in customer support would be beneficial. Experience of EHM service delivery, engine performance or service engineering would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

In this interesting role you will:

  • Analyse gas turbine performance & mechanical data using latest EHM tools & techniques to diagnose and record potential anomalies in asset operation.
  • Maintain equipment configuration and ensure data is received and correctly processed.
  • Provide airline customers with short term troubleshooting advice and longer-term fleet management information.
  • Support Airline customer training as required.
  • Work closely with airline customers and the wider RR community to continually evolve & improve our EHM service.
