Overview
Ensure that assigned projects are managed in a highly professional and customer focused way in compliance with customer requirements and TDW standards, from first client enquiry until the successful job completion

Responsibilities

• Develops best practices in terms of project management
• Develops and deploys cost and cash control tools to ensure a better control of the projects margins,
• Drive and participate in continuous improvement
• Accountable for execution of the projects according to contractual scope, including upselling and variation orders where possible.
• Manages project in close co-ordination with the rest of the organization
• Minimizes company exposure to risk on project,
• Creates and maintains project schedules, and ensures required communication to relevant parties
• Monitors invoicing and receivables,
• Ensures project legal aspects are addressed and processed where necessary,
• Ensure proper project close out and lessons learned
• Focus on identifying areas for new and additional work in dialogue with customers

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years project management experience,
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, alternatively long and relevant working experience
• Good Financial understanding
