For our Services division, we are looking for a Sales Representative for our Strategic Accounts in The Netherlands, reporting to our office in Hoofddorp.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
  • Manage Assigned Accounts: Oversee and efficiently manage designated accounts to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Actively identify and follow-up on potentialbusiness opportunities, converting prospects into clients.
  • Maximize Client-Facing Time: Allocate ample time to engage directly with clients, understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.
  • Demonstrate a consultative mindset: as we offer a wide range of consulting, 24/7 monitoring and maintenance offers you proactively work to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions to address them.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and consistent efforts and make sure everything is documented well in the systems.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer superior customer service, addressing concerns and facilitating solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Internal collaboration: You are continuously in very close contact with the team of Customer Success Managers and Global Key Account Managers to provide the best possible care for our strategic accounts.
