Job Title: Beer Servicing Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a Beer Servicing Technician to install, maintain, and repair beer dispensing equipment at establishments. You will ensure optimal beer quality and customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and technical support. This position requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for high-quality service.
Not to worry, on-job-training will be given so you do not need to have prior knowledge!

Responsibilities:

• Install and set up beer dispensing equipment, following industry standards and client specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning beer lines and checking carbonation levels.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with beer dispensing systems, implementing repairs or adjustments.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems and recommend preventive measures.
• Respond to service calls and perform on-site repairs, minimizing disruptions.
• Train clients and their staff on equipment handling and maintenance procedures.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for beer dispensing equipment.

Requirements:

• O’Levels or equivalent
• Basic understanding of English language
• Solid customer service skills and effective communication with clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
