Brasserie ATLAS, is a vibrant, playful brasserie that brings flavors from various corners of Europe, forming the foundation for the fantastic and innovative culinary scene inspired by New York. The Brasserie serves breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner, located in the heart of Oslo!
HAVEN, a significant part of the Brasserie, is a green oasis in the hotel’s backyard. Here, guests are invited to enjoy drinks, fantastic food from the Brasserie, and the opportunity for exclusive venue rental.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a waiter who is eager to take ownership and demonstrate genuine engagement. You should have your finger on the pulse, have a good overview, and view each guest as an opportunity to exceed all expectations.
The position includes organizing the service area, guiding and inspiring the staff, managing and quality-assuring the guest experience, providing wine and beverage recommendations, and ensuring that the overall experience maintains high quality and service standards. The role of waiter plays a central role in creating a positive atmosphere and contributing to a well-functioning service environment.
