Description:
To instruct the Natural Resource Science course NRSC 2110 – Forest Mensuration. Three hours of lecture per week and all associated lecture marking (midterm, final etc.). In addition, the sessional will run the seminar section of the course (3 – two hour seminars per week).
They will be responsible for field site visits and delivering the seminar material each week as well as the marking of seminar assignments.
Job includes 3 credits for the lectures and 5 credits for the three labs (total 8 credits)
QUALIFICATIONS
A MSc in environmental science (or related area) is preferred but a BSc with strong field/operational experience would be considered.

- Current knowledge in forest measurement techniques
- Recent work experience in forest mensuration at a field/operational level
