DESCRIPTION
Your Role : As an employee with Y Kinders, you will have the opportunity to:

Ensure Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe environment and follow the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) guidelines.
About You You’re a dedicated, enthusiastic educator who loves working with young children and fostering their development. You’re looking for flexibility and opportunities to grow in your career. Ideally, you’ll have:
Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF frameworks.
- The ability to create and deliver engaging, child-centred learning activities.
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain them).
A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work with different age groups in various settings.
