Setter (GY shift)

HAYDEN Diamond Bit Industries Ltd. specializes in the design, manufacture and distribution of diamond coring bits and other diamond products for the world’s mining and exploration industry. We are seeking for a Setter in Richmond, BC.

REQUIREMENTS:

• General Skills
• Competent in the English language and able to communicate efficiently
• Basic computer abilities. Able to use computer to record data.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and provide constructive feedback

• Execute setting operations according to works orders and ensure that all duties and tasks are performed according to safety and quality standards and SOPs.
• Execute packing operations according to works orders and ensure that all duties and tasks are performed according to safety and quality standards and SOPs.
• Operation of small pressing machines
• Using the computer to receive work order information and enter production data
• Perform general housekeeping, keeping work area clean. Completing tools cleaning tasks and routine maintenance work as assigned.
• Any other duties required by leadhand.
