Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Generate invoices and packing lists for trade transactions.
  • Closely follow up on shipping schedules, outstanding payments, and pending documents.
  • Handle all import and export documentation from suppliers to customers.
  • Prepare documents for submission of export letters of credit (L/C) and collection bills to bankers.
  • Issue import letters of credit (L/C) to overseas suppliers.
  • Review export L/Cs from overseas customers.
  • Prepare debit and credit notes for suppliers and customers related to claims.
  • Communicate with overseas offices regarding sales and procurement trade activities.
  • Collaborate with the Order Management Team on sales and purchase orders.
  • Engage with bankers on matters related to trade finance activities.
