Responsibilities:
PURPOSE
Provide efficient and harmonized Back Office services based on a cost efficient and automated process. Ensure that legal and ICS obligations are fulfilled and that the complete and accurate energy-related data is provided to Finance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure Back Office timeline, controls and quality
- Daily and monthly settlement of clearing statements and month-end closing for futures and spot exchanges
- Timely checks of deals in trading system and confirmations from counterparties of high-volume energy deal transactions
- Clarification of discrepancies in cooperation with traders, counterparts, brokers and clearing banks
- Support in testing of new products in the trading system
- Suggest continuous improvement & efficiency of existing Back Office processes, as well as support to integrate and set-up new business requirements
