We are currently seeking a SFDC B2B Lead to join our team in Remote, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce B2B solutions, particularly in leading Salesforce implementations for B2B clients.

  2. Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud integration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data migration tools, ETL processes, and integrations using middleware like MuleSoft.
  1. Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required).
  • Additional certifications, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Advanced Administrator, are a plus.
  1. Project Management:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading project teams, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  1. Communication Skills:
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design & Architecture:
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions tailored for B2B environments.
  • Define architecture and integration strategies to enable seamless data flow between Salesforce and other business systems.
  1. Project Leadership:
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Guide team members and provide technical leadership on Salesforce best practices, data model design, and code reviews.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed on project progress, roadblocks, and timelines.
  1. Development and Customization:
  • Customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow to develop functionalities specific to B2B processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
  1. Data Management and Reporting:
  • Implement data migration strategies, data quality initiatives, and robust reporting mechanisms.
  • Leverage Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.
  1. Team Collaboration and Training:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and support, to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
  • Train and mentor team members and end-users on Salesforce usage, ensuring a high adoption rate.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices to continuously enhance the solution.
  • Propose and implement improvements for increased efficiency, reliability, and functionality
