Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
INIMUM Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field of study.
MINIMUM Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of experience as a salesforce developer, systems administrator, or related experience.
Alternative Education and Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field of study plus five years of experience as a salesforce developer, systems administrator or related experience.
Required knowledge or experience with:
- Java, C, C++,HTML;
- ETL tools experience with Apex language;
- Data loader skills;
- Ability to convert user stories into accurate CRM solutions;
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM);
- Salesforce Platform Developer (PD1);
- Salesforce declarative development;
- SFDC architecture and APIs, security configurations and user management;
- Agile software development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts to ensure the efficient and effective use of Salesforce to meet the organization’s business needs.
- Play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful implementation and management of CRM within the organization.
- Manage and lead various stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and initiatives that relate to the overall health of the environment;
- Maintain the functional areas of data integrity and object management, while providing solution support, development, testing and deployment.
- Lead a team of administrators and developers, providing guidance, support and mentoring as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce with business processes and foster collaboration.
