ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Understand the needs of the differents departments, and translate them into technical support by providing organized data related to any Activity or Training purpose to support analysis. Responsible for the exactitude and reliability of the information provided. Ensure the viability and maintenance of the system managed under his/her responsibility including reports and dashboard in the software. Manage the company CRM system and update by being the link between the HQ and the local Sales Forces.
