JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and experienced Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing campaign execution processes, team deliverable management, and communications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in email marketing campaigns or a related role.
  • Knowledgeable of email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry standards.
  • Proven track record collaborating with global teammates across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong project management and can think both strategically and tactically to get things done.
  • Excellent organization, writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee team of technical developers to build and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including email, SMS, and push. Lead campaign intake, collect requirements from clients and ensure the campaign brief is complete. Establish timeline and create work assignments in Jira. Monitor team and ensure deadlines are met and campaign is deployed on time. Collaborate with content designers to ensure delivery of assets needed to build and deploy campaigns. Collect audience files or oversee solution architect to create data extensions following audience criteria requirements. Maintain communication with clients providing weekly status updates, campaign progress updates, and contract budget status. Approve team member time sheets and maintain a project budget tracker to ensure budget usage complies with client contract. Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CPRA. Generate and present detailed campaign performance reports to customers, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously and independently.
