JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist for Email Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards are maintained in our email marketing campaigns, enhancing the user experience and optimizing engagement. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a thorough understanding of email marketing best practices, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role, preferably in email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry standards.
  • Experience in email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Braze, or similar).
  • Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability and inbox placement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and test email campaigns to ensure they are error-free and meet the company’s quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough checks on content, formatting, links, and images within emails to guarantee a seamless user experience.
  • Ensure emails render correctly across various devices and email clients, identifying and resolving any compatibility issues.
  • Create and maintains test scenarios, test plans, and test cases
  • Provide feedback and revisions to email developers and project managers to implement changes based on QA findings.
  • Proactively suggest new processes or tools to enhance quality assurance
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss QA results and strategies for ongoing improvement.
