ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Executive/Senior Executive to support Business Development Managers in fostering deeper client relationships, implementing new deals, and addressing post-sales inquiries. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth service delivery, project rollouts, and alignment with client requirements.
This position reports directly to the Head of Commercial, Outpatient Services and is based in Singapore.
A SUMMARY OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS :
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to execute strategies for enhancing client engagement, upselling services, and expanding the business pipeline.
- Build and maintain rapport with operational teams of key clients to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to operationalize deals, ensuring timely service delivery, project rollouts, and fulfillment of client requirements.
- Address client concerns promptly, working with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and timely feedback.
- Communicate essential information across departments to enable effective decision-making.
- Ensure seamless, high-quality interactions across touchpoints, resolving issues swiftly and with a client-centric approach.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, tender proposals, pricing, and pitch-related documents.
- Support the creation and renewal of contracts and other documentation within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, frameworks, and technical guidelines to streamline operations.
