ABOUT THE TEAM

Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare and administrative professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere’s medical operations, including clinics, telemedicine, mobile services, and executive health screening and imaging center. With our patients as our top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the highest possible standards of medical care.
The Virtual Care team manages various operational elements of DA’s online services as well as telemedicine.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Principal Executive, Virtual Care to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assisting the manager with the complete upkeep and management of the above associated services and operations.
The ideal candidate should be meticulous and detail-oriented, have a mindset of continuous improvement and proactive collaboration, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity or change. This candidate should also possess a strong operational acumen, good clinical sense, be able to manage complex operational decisions and have a good command of the English language.
This role is based in Tai Seng, Singapore and reports directly to the Manager, Virtual Care.

A SUMMARY OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Ensure smooth operations across DA’s virtual care-related services
  • Maintain and manage the online platform for DA goods and services, and improve user experience
  • Update and optimize listings on the platform in a timely manner
  • Perform in-depth inventory management and optimization
  • Work with the customer service team to front enquiries and ensure service standards
  • Assist the manager in operationally actualising revenue and optimising costs
  • Assist the manager in operationalizing new online services, and streamline the transition of online to offline care
  • Maintain comprehensive reports for tracking and optimization
  • Analyze customer reviews and business data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment across the company
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team for campaigns and programs
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and transformation projects to improve workflows and ensure efficient processes
  • Where possible, provide clinical support and advice to relevant teams
  • Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager
