ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development, who will be responsible for leading and executing financial transactions critical to the company’s growth and strategic objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills, and a proven track record in evaluating and successfully managing complex M&A deals and fundraising activities.
This role is based in the Singapore and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A SUMMARY OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IS AS FOLLOWS:

  • Work closely with the leadership team to understand DA’s strategic objectives and assist in developing and executing inorganic and fund raising growth plans.
  • Conduct market survey, feasibility studies and valuation of businesses and projects. This includes conducting market and valuation analysis of prospective investments.
  • Evaluate various fundraising options, including debt, equity, and other financial instruments, to determine the optimal capital structure.
  • Create complex financial models to support M&A/fund raising valuations, scenario analyses, and investment decisions.
  • Responsible for developing business cases for transactions which are complete with clear objectives, recommended valuations and transaction structure.
  • Manage relationships with external advisors, legal teams, as well as with internal stakeholders throughout the M&A or fund raising process.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential acquisitions.
  • Partner closely with the leadership team in structuring the deal, including negotiation of agreements, financing and future liabilities.
  • Support various business units within DA through special projects, as needed.
