CBGU JV brings together partners CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella and UGL to deliver the Tunnel and Stations package for Brisbane’s Cross River Rail. Cross River Rail is a 10.2 kilometre rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project also includes construction of four new high-capacity underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street, Roma Street and redevelopment of the existing Dutton Park station.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Training Administration
- Coordinate and assist with pre-employment processes including verification of candidate information
- Assist with cyclical reporting and compliance processes
- Creating Employee Files
- Raising employment contracts and correspondence
- Engagement with stakeholders to achieve project milestones
- Correspondence and communications
- Accurately maintain candidate management systems and relevant database
- General administration using MS Word, Excel, Outloo
Minimum requirements for this role include the following:
- Prior experience in providing administrative support to a Shared Services Team in HR/Training or Recruitment
- Exposure to Construction or related industries is highly desirable
- Demonstrated organisational, planning and coordination skills
- Ability to work autonomously, be solutions orientated, employ initiative and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Word and Excel skill
