Shared Services Representative - Accounts Receivable

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Finance Shared Services team is currently seeking a Shared Services Representative with Accounts Receivable experience to join the team based in our Rhodes 2138 office. Reporting to the Shared Services Team Leader, this role will be responsible for delivering high quality, accurate and timely services to internal and external customers. Predominately through the daily management of operational, transactional, and administrative Shared Services activities.

YOU MAY HAVE ALL OR SOME OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS / EXPERIENCES:

• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable preferred
• Experience within an ERP, SAP highly desirable
• Skills and aptitude for effective problem-solving
• A focus on helping people, and enthusiasm for your role
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, including multi-tasking

AS THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT, SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Delivering high-quality, accurate and timely services to internal and external customers
• Interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries
• Triaging, undertaking, referring, or escalating tasks
• Processing transactions consistently to set requirements
• Entering data and maintaining up-to-date records
• Facilitating the Team Leader’s work allocation, performance analysis, and service improvements
• Supporting the Team Leader with IT to optimise the use of technology, and participating in projects and initiatives to drive improvements across the businesses
