SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A university degree in computer science or similar discipline;
• OR higher secondary education and completed higher vocational training leading to a formal technical or professional certification with 2 years’ position-related experience;
• OR secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation in database administration with 4 years’ position-related experience;

The above education requirements may be waived if the candidate can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the last 5 years in the administration and programming of the current HRDS workflow software suite, including Genpact Cora SeQuence™, as well as a Genpact certificate of completion of training on SeQuence, also within the last 5 years.

• At least 1 year of experience in the last 7 years performing workflow development using Genpact Cora Sequence™ 8+ or another similar enterprise iBPMS application. Comparable iBPMS include AgilePoint, K2, and Nintex. If the candidate requests consideration of another iBPMS tool, they must provide system details for the alternate iBPMS that explains how it is similar and different to Cora SeQuence. They must also possess a valid training certificate for the enterprise iBPMS tool with which they claim experience – minimum required training for Cora SeQuence is Cora Orchestration Fundamentals;
• At least 2 years’ experience in the last 5 years as an MS SharePoint Site Collection or Site Administrator with at least 1 year of experience administering an MS SharePoint 2016 or above farm.

• Developing and maintaining the HRDS SharePoint sites on multiple networks (response time is within 1 and 3 days);
• Supporting the data administration of HRDS SharePoint Sites (response time is within 1 and 3 days);
• Maintaining security and authority of HRDS SharePoint sites (on demand, response time is within 1 and 3 days).
