Description:
Eagle Health Analytics, LLC is working with CDC’s National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases to provide remote SharePoint Developers services for the following:
Responsibilities:
4.1 Provides system analysis for SharePoint (SP) site creation and planning of new sites and requirements gathering and testing prior to implementation of a live site within established taxonomy for the OD;
4.2 Creates workflows within SharePoint to automate and facilitate administrative processes based on their comprehensive knowledge of program support/ administrative processes within the OD;
4.3 Promotes the use of sharing mechanisms, collaborative resources such as MS Live Meeting/ webinars, MS Lyne, audio/visual conferencing, and the means for simulating these mechanisms within SharePoint and supports them as is;
4.4 Consults with site owners to ensure that all sites adhere to the established SharePoint Governance Plan and approved taxonomy for NCEZID SharePoint sites;
4.5 Provides research and analysis for issues resolution and recommendations on all owned SharePoint sites as part of site management;
4.6 Supports and assists in the development of priorities, strategies and practices for the NCEZID OD including knowledge sharing, Informatics value and services as well as effectively communicating with its programs and divisions;
4.7 Provides guidance and continually advise on administrative policies and procedures within the Informatics office;
4.8 Responsible for supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of health Informatics activities;
4.9 Performs analysis and advisory assignments related to the effectiveness of program operations & projects & initiates detailed follow ups; adhere to & follow administrative work processes in accordance (OPAS) and OAS standard policies & procedures; identify problems & make tentative recommendations for problem resolution.
REQUIREMENTS SharePoint Developer must maintain a level 5 Public trust clearance. NCEZID/OD will assist the vendor with getting the clearance.
