SHAREPOINT / POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER
Digital Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (DESI) is seeking a SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This is a Full Time (Regular) Exempt (Salary) remote telework position. Candidates must be located within the contiguous United States with the ideal candidate located in the Eastern or Central time zone.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the education and experience listed below:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- BA/BS and 4 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR- Associates degree and 8 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR- HS/GED and 10 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above.
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar is preferred.
- College degrees must be obtained from an accredited college or university as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
- Experience developing, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing support for MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and/or Power BI) applications.
- Experience gathering requirements from management and technical personnel and developing appropriate solutions.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint lists and libraries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- US Citizenship is required due to US government contract requirement.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance (interim required to start).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates with experience or knowledge in these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience with Power Automate Desktop.
- Experience with Nintex.
- Experience with Microsoft InfoPath.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
- Experience with React JS application development to include the use of the REST and/or Graph API within the SPFx.
- Active SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform the full range of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, including analysis, design, development, test, deployment, and support within an Agile project environment for custom SharePoint-based web applications.
- Research, provide consultation, and design SharePoint solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Design, develop, and test state of the art solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.), the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and other supporting technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
- Create, deploy, maintain, test, and support Power Automate flows.
- Create, deploy, test, and maintain custom SharePoint pages using the standard SharePoint User Interface or SharePoint Designer.
- Migrate Nintex workflows and InfoPath Forms to SharePoint Online utilizing the Power Platform.
- Research, troubleshoot, and fix SharePoint site issues.
- Develop standard operating procedures and user documentation related to SharePoint and SharePoint Online (SPO) sites.
- Assist in SharePoint site administration.
