• Managing Damstra and Rapid Training Records and Contractor Compliance scope to meet HANZ legal, SHE and governance requirements.
• Managing internal relationships with key HANZ support functions who provide internal support to & system configuration requirements of TWMS/Damstra including HANZ Payroll, IT, Health & Safety, Property & Environment, HR, L&D, Procurement, and LH Global Sustainable Development.
• Designing User Access profiles for Damstra and Rapid (super users/ admins etc).
• Governance of Role Driven Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) for all BUs across Holcim Australia & New Zealand.
• Designing the interfaces between Damstra and SHEMS, incorporating High Risk Work Permitting, Contractor Authority to Work.
• Ensuring seamless interface between Damstra, Kronos and Rapid with minimal overlaps and no gaps
• Working with the legal team to ensure the framework for each application (System plus SHEMS) works together to ensure legal compliance across Training and Contractor Management
