Experience:

• Manufacturing: 2 years (required)
• CNC: 2 years (required)
• ACM Fabrication: 2 years (required

• Operate metal shear equipment, bending equipment & press brakes
• Fabricate metal flashings and sheet metal
• Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from surfaces of metal products.
• Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
• Transport and package raw materials finished products and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment.
• Operate 12-foot Shears, Presses, and Break Machines with safety, accuracy, and proficiency.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings. Good verbal and written English communication are required.
• Use general sheet-metal hand tools like drills, rivet guns, and grinder. Welding is an asset.
• Use measuring equipment including measuring tape, vernier caliper, and micrometer.
• Experience in ACM Fabricator, CNC Operator, sheet metal trim, cap, and flashing fabrication.
• Experience in setting up and changing rollers and dies on mobile standing seam equipment is an asset.
• General metals Machine Shop maintenance is an asset.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
