OUR OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team Meadow Fresh site in Christchurch. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for enhancing the electrical reliability of equipment and plant through effective maintenance practices and procedures.
The shift pattern is 4 days on, 4 days off. 2x Days then 2x Nights (12.5 shift).
With a great shift pattern, regular overtime with overtime rates & night shift allowances, this job is definitely worth applying for.

• Ensure machinery and plant is maintained to ensure optimum performance, through active scheduled maintenance.
• Completing preventative and predictive maintenance and supporting breakdowns.
• Maintenance of electrical control equipment, pumps, motors, VSD’s, conveyers, manufacturing and filling equipment etc.
• Drive factory quality and SHE standards to ensure and demonstrate continued sustainable improvement in safety for the site.
• Ensure all breakdowns are communicated to the team.
• Finding solutions to problems and not just identifying them.
