Shift Leader- Delivery Kitchen (Crouch End)
Location: Unit 21, Cranford Way, London, N89DG
Salary: £13.50 per hour + performance bonuses
Wingmans are looking for a motivated and skilled Kitchen Shift Leader to join our team at Wingmans! As the leader of our delivery-only kitchen, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards, driving performance, and ensuring our customers enjoy the exceptional Wingmans experience they love.What You’ll Do
- Lead the Team: Manage and motivate the kitchen staff during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication.
- Quality Control: Maintain Wingmans’ high standards of food preparation and presentation, guaranteeing every dish meets our signature taste and quality.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee kitchen workflows, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time for delivery.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure ingredients are available to meet customer demand without excess waste.
- Health & Safety: Uphold food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, keeping the kitchen in compliance with regulations.
- Training: Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure they meet Wingmans’ operational standards.
- Performance Goals: Work towards hitting key performance metrics, contributing to bonus eligibility for you and the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role, ideally in a delivery-only or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to manage, inspire, and support a diverse team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A passion for great food and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
