Location: Unit 21, Cranford Way, London, N89DG
Salary: £13.50 per hour + performance bonuses

Wingmans are looking for a motivated and skilled Kitchen Shift Leader to join our team at Wingmans! As the leader of our delivery-only kitchen, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards, driving performance, and ensuring our customers enjoy the exceptional Wingmans experience they love.What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Team: Manage and motivate the kitchen staff during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication.
  • Quality Control: Maintain Wingmans’ high standards of food preparation and presentation, guaranteeing every dish meets our signature taste and quality.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee kitchen workflows, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time for delivery.
  • Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure ingredients are available to meet customer demand without excess waste.
  • Health & Safety: Uphold food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, keeping the kitchen in compliance with regulations.
  • Training: Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure they meet Wingmans’ operational standards.
  • Performance Goals: Work towards hitting key performance metrics, contributing to bonus eligibility for you and the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role, ideally in a delivery-only or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to manage, inspire, and support a diverse team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A passion for great food and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
