As a Shift Leader at our Cross Street store, located at Royal Exchange Building, Cross Street Manchester M2 7DH, you are the captain of our bakery – day or night! You understand what it takes to Own the Night (and beyond) by delivering the finest cookies to our fantastic fans. You will be able to predict the flow of business throughout your successful shift. Your ‘hands on’ leadership style will drive your team to engage with customers, bake the perfect product and ensure that each customer interaction should reflect our culture and vision. You will also take pride in knowing that your ability as a leading Insomniac delivers a fun and productive night for your store every night.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• At least 1 year of work experience as a leader within a customer service focused role
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
• Engaging and supportive
• Detail focused
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
• Must be 18 years or older
