Description:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Shift Manager for our brand new restaurant at Værnedamsvej! We’re aiming to be the best Middle Eastern bistro in town and need the best people to help us reach this goal.

You will be supervising, coordinating, and handling the daily service of FOH. The Shift Manager is at the front line of the restaurant and directs the team together with the Restaurant Manager. The Shift Manager is the life of the party! We want YOU to bring the celebration to our vibrant restaurant:

  • Master the art of providing exceptional service with a side of charm—taking orders, serving food and drinks, and making every guest feel like a VIP.
  • Create a great atmosphere that will have guests coming back for more, all while maintaining elegance.
  • Keep your work area spotless because cleanliness is next to godliness.
  • Coordinate and mediate between the Front of House and Back of House teams.
  • Help set the stage for an epic night and then clean up afterward—it’s all part of the fun!

  • Experience working in the culinary industry – Must Have.
  • Basic-Medium wine knowledge – Must Have.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The position will start as part-time during October and intensify as we get closer to opening day in late October
