Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- You’re a people person who cares about your Team Members as people and individuals
- You’ll have the responsibility to running and managing the shift
- You greet and welcome guests with your warm, friendly nature … you have a high level focus on hospitality
- Prepare and serve hearty and flavourful subs
- You’re the role model for great behaviour and following standards
- You sweat the small stuff, show care for the restaurant, and treat it like its your own
- You make the tough calls… they won’t always be the right ones but you’ll learn from each and every one.
- You promote the goals and targets of the restaurant, whether its speed of service, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, or upselling.
- You communicate clear expectations and make achieving these goals fun

- Accurately and with attention to detail - no one wants a sloppy or inaccurate sub!
- Friendly and outgoing - easily able to talk and interact with the guests and your team… a smile and eye contact go a long way!
