Ottolenghi is well-known for it’s loyal following and a reputation for offering exceptional Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Our venue in Spitalfields is looking for a Shift Manager to join their warm and welcoming front of house team.
The role would suit a shift manager or senior waiter who gets a thrill out of working in a vibrant restaurant and who can lead our FOH team to provide confident and personable guest service. Previous shift manager experience is preferred but not essential.
The ideal person will have a strong focus on managing the guest experience, be organised, well-spoken with a warm and welcoming manner and impeccable service standards.
