• Oversee daily operations of the café during your shift.
• Lead and support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage staff schedules and break times during shifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met.
• Assist with stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage.
• Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
• Assist in Coffee making.
