SHIFT OPERATIONS MANAGER - DAY SHIFT

  • Full-time permanent on-going role, based in Truganina

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal DC operational performance across the key pillars of safety, service, people and value
  • Build and promote a team environment focused on working collaboratively to achieve team and DC objectives
  • Build & nurture a high-performance team of (12+) team leaders, along with genuine coaching and mentoring
  • Ensure that the team comply with safety policies, procedures and role responsibilities
  • Use effective communication techniques to encourage open and honest communications and constant information flow
  • Support implementation for continuous improvement of systems and our processes
  • Review operational area performance and implement improvements to align with organisational strategyPromoting safety values and implementing safety, health, and environment policies and systems
