Description:
At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for multiple Agriculture Shift Service Technicians to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Kamsack, SK.

Our Service Technicians are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and turf equipment. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
These roles are newly structured for the branch and are planned to be worked within a rotational 2 shift structure, shifts may rotate with the potential evening shift being Sunday 7:00 am–6:00 pm Monday-Thursday 1:00 pm–11:00 pm one week, Sunday 9:00 am–6:00 pm Monday-Thursday 3:00 pm–11:00 pm the following week.
Responsibilities
- Inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship
- Use specialized tools, cutting edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance based on manufacturer schedule/standards
- Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products
- Participate in John Deere University, and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities
Requirements
- The ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions
- 3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance
- Candidates ideally will possess a Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (i.e. Heavy Equipment, Automotive)
- We may consider a 3rd or 4th year Apprenticeship candidate
- Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products are a definite asset
