Responsibilities:
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
• Lead a team in the production of brick products.
- Ensure the plant runs efficiently by sticking to the production timetable.
- Take charge of safety, quality, cost, efficiency, delivery, and meeting customer needs.
- Communicate and uphold standards consistently during shifts.
- Ensure there are enough staff members to carry out planned activities.
- Collaborate with other departments for optimal production performance.
- Ensure the team adheres to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Support Operational Excellence initiatives from the production team and assist the Operational Excellence Coordinator as required.
- Investigate workplace injuries and assist in employee return-to-work plans.
