Responsibilities:

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Lead a team in the production of brick products.

  • Ensure the plant runs efficiently by sticking to the production timetable.
  • Take charge of safety, quality, cost, efficiency, delivery, and meeting customer needs.
  • Communicate and uphold standards consistently during shifts.
  • Ensure there are enough staff members to carry out planned activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments for optimal production performance.
  • Ensure the team adheres to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Support Operational Excellence initiatives from the production team and assist the Operational Excellence Coordinator as required.
  • Investigate workplace injuries and assist in employee return-to-work plans.
