KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Current WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate
• 10 years Underground experience
• Valid Manual Drivers Licence
• All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates, and licences (RPL’s)
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and DAS

• Perform daily supervision on all mine site work areas
• Adhere to all relevant acts and regulations
• Conduct daily work planning and toolbox meetings
• People management and positive, pro-active leadership
• Hands-on role where you will be directly involved in operational issues
• Ensure all key targets are achieved in a safe and cost-effective timely manner
